Needs update!! App constantly crashes upon opening!

Simplified experience.

Just loaded the new version expecting great things. The only things that work are the Log In process and viewing recent prescriptions. 5.0 is useless.

Sometimes the other app was slow. So far, this is much faster! I love how the ID card spins!

Its faster than the previous version; less crashing and a lot simpler.

My girlfriend made this app. 10/10 would use for all health insurance related activities provided I was insured through Humana. A boy can dream.

I have the iPhone 6 and itll let me log in but then it will crash

You cant search by doctors name please add back.

This update is absolutely perfect. Really simple yet beautiful. Much easier to navigate and I love how you can pay your statement straight from this app. Thumbs up.

Easy to use and I love how you can just find a doctor without calling or going anywhere.

(Added 2/28/16) Wish I hadnt updated. Granted, the previous version was pretty bad. So is 5.0 ... just go to myhumana.com and stumble through there, rather than wasting your time with this app. And if you havent updated yet, then DONT, or youll be sorry. My main complaint now: its no longer possible to check specific drug coverage and cost at various pharmacies. What a giant step in the wrong direction. This Humana app is sort of a joke. More often than not the response is "we are not able to process your information at this time." Really, Humana? Dont waste the time to download. <Addendum> Reduced my rating to one star, and honestly thats being generous. The more I attempt to utilize this app, the more problems I encounter. <Added 9/11/14> Wish I could rate this app *zero* because thats about what its worth. Very rarely can it load member claim information. Forget the app ... just go to the Humana web site if you must access any information regarding your claims or policies. <Added 1/13/15> The update to this app does not help one bit. Still totally useless, as is the Humana web site, by the way. Rarely is any policy or claim information available. Quite surprised, actually, that Apple would allow such a dis functional app in the App Store.

This doesnt work! You get into a " hole" and cant get out! The other app had so many more features. You have to sign out and get back in again to get anywhere. Worthless!

Not liking it at all! Could not log in then when finally did get logged did a search on Rx providers was all different providers than last week. Made a call to Humana and the info on the app that shows Rx providers give me all the wrong info. Please fix!

If youre a current Humana member... You need to download this app. Easy to use, easy to navigate and very useful when it comes to looking up your claims and participating doctors.

Interface is fast and simple. Keep up the good work. Looking forward as other features are released.

You can no longer find what Rx are covered at what level!!

Easy to use and a great tool to keep track of claims and prescriptions. Also has a feature to view your ID card. Glad I added this app!
