This app want work keeps saying an error message try again but i go and get on mac and it work fine please fix it

Its a piece of crap. All you can do is look up doctors/ facilities in network thats it. I liked the older version better, you cant do much on this app. I cant look at details as to what applied towards deductibles. i cant see my entire benefits in details either. I am unable to pay my monthly premium thru the app because it says that my ebilling is not set up on the app but when i click ebilling theres nothing there, it gives me this exact same message.

I share the sentiment of those frustrated by this garbage of an app. Their enrollment system is even worse. If I had a decent job and made more money, I would never buy this useless health insurance policy. Humana is the Best Worse Health Insurance company I have seen in my Almost 50 years of life. What good is paying for am insurance policy that you cant use due to their system flaws? It takes them an amazing 15 months to update a members residential address. It takes more than 6 months for them to change you PCP, but the worse part is that neither request have been completed yet. I figure they will update my info sometime in the future when I am no longer a member. They should be called: Humana Uninsurance.

It is required to send in a form for new (updated) prescriptions but no option that I could find to print the forms from this app.

Option to see benefits and tiers displayed nicely in the UI. Great! I love the app. I love that it has TouchID. I also love the fax feature for my ID. Wish list: 1) I wish I could import my ID card to Apple Wallet, 2) pay my premium with ApplePay. 3) Also, itd be nice if I could also send a secure message to a customer service representative right from the app! 3D Touch for quick ID access? Apple Keychain integration

Just signed up with part D through an insurance/Medicare specialist. All has gone well except for this app. It never lets me get past my log in. Just keeps saying due to an extreme amount of users on the server. Doesnt matter what time of day,night or early morning. Always says the same thing and I can not get in.

What an improvement over the previous version!! I was not able to log into my previous app on Monday. I would strongly suggest experimenting with this version after logging in so as to become familiar with all of the features.

Even tapping the rate stars above dont work! LMBO! My daughter does better iOS app dev. Never allows me on, server is overloaded! Get in on browser fine. App sucketh!

I have never been more satisfied with an insurance company than I am with HUMANA. The app is great and contains all the info you can possibly need at sign-on!! Way to go HUMANA - Im a customer for life!

I like having everything that was on the 6 page print out they sent me every month on my iPad. The only thing I would also like is how much I am paying. I get an email that says I can go to Humanas web site and see the bill, but I have not found it. It just shows the same things as the app shows. I can only tell what I am paying by what comes out of my checking account. Susan Hughes

Sometimes the other app was slow. So far, this is much faster! I love how the ID card spins!

Humana must have the worst IT systems in the world. There hasnt been a time in the last month that Ive tried to interact with them via mobile that it worked. Its very sad that so many companies can do well with apps, yet Humana is a clear laggard.

Love the new mobile app. Everything is right at your fingertips and easily accessible.

Took a while to navigate to get signed in I just see where people get frustrated and just get off this website.

Great app, both in connivence and accountability. By checking my claims, when a doctors office presented me a bill for a previous service, knew instantly it was incorrect. The Humana app showed claim was paid in full.

I like the clean, easy to navigate design, well done!

App has all the essentials great update.

What happened to being able to check if a medicine is covered or not??
