No Words can describe it

I share the sentiment of those frustrated by this garbage of an app. Their enrollment system is even worse. If I had a decent job and made more money, I would never buy this useless health insurance policy.
Humana is the Best Worse Health Insurance company I have seen in my Almost 50 years of life. What good is paying for am insurance policy that you cant use due to their system flaws? It takes them an amazing 15 months to update a members residential address. It takes more than 6 months for them to change you PCP, but the worse part is that neither request have been completed yet. I figure they will update my info sometime in the future when I am no longer a member. They should be called: Humana Uninsurance.
